Metal Fabricator

Must be able to read instructions and have excellent print reading ability. Along with tape measure (decimal graduations) skills. Responsible for operating all manual fabrication equipment such as saws, benders, drill presses, etc.

Manufacturing Assembler

As an assembler you must be able to read instructions and drawings. You must be comfortable using hand tools, ape measures (decimal graduations). You will be responsible for the assembly of aluminum and plastic cases of various sizes, depending on customer specifications.

Welder

Must be able to pass weld qualification tests in accordance with the STD-1595 (all gauges). Responsible for setting up welding equipment. Responsible for reading project drawings and prepare/align parts. Join steel or aluminum components in accordance with customer specifcations. Experience with MIG and TIG a plus.

Painter

Must be able to read instructions and  drawings. Responsible for setting up, operating and adjusting sprayer equipment. Selecting and mixing coating paints to desired color per specifications. Cleaning spraying equipment with recommended solutions. Operate bead blast equipment to clean steel. Maintain proper respirator care and operation.

Machinist

As a machinist you must be able to read instructions and have excellent print reading ability along with tape measure ( decimal graduations) skills. Responsible for all CNC programming. Responsible for running machines that include but are not limited to: Gantry Mill, Mazacks.

Utility

Must be able to read instructions and drawings. Ability to learn the safe operation of equipment as assigned (i.e. pallet jack, forklift, overhead cranes, etc) Will help with all classifications with material handling. Responsible for use and operation of hand and power cleaning equipment

Grinder

As a grinder you must be able to read instructions and drawings. Responsible for performing precision smoothing, polishing or grinding of metal pieces in accordance with engineering specifications while wearing proper PP&E

Plastic Vacuum Former

As a vacuum former you are responsible for setting up molds and tools. Responsible for setting thermoforming machines to appropriate temperatures and speeds to run appropriately for each order. Operates thermal formers and performs secondary operations that result in quality finished products.
